Due to their scrivener's error my paperwork reflects an XLE although i drove off the lot with an LE. Horrible service from their reps. If everyone on Advantage's side and the dept that approved had been paying attention my paperwork would be correct or they should correct it by providing the vehicle that is reflected on legal contract, scrivener's error or not! Left various messages for GM and never got a call back. Car was purchased on Aug 13. Spoke to other reps from other Toyotas and even they said i was being overcharged for the basic trim. Horrible. When they finally responded it was after the vehicle accumulated necessary mileage for them to avoid honoring my request. SMH. Unacceptable. More

I must say that the team that serviced my wife & I were great. Kendell was exceptional even with being involved with 2, 3, or 4 customers @ one time, very hard working, professional. Erinson Duran the financial manager also was very professional. I have 58 years of varied business experience so my following remarks come with some business knowledge along with the process I saw at Advantage Toyota yesterday. 1) In short their were not enough teams on board for the amount of potential sales available.2) Their is no way that any customer can read all of the items required to be signed at point of sale and considering these forms are legal it puts the customer at a BIG BIG disadvantage. I my case I spent so far 4 hours reading these forms & I see nemours gray area items. This method only can serve to give question to the process used. I also understand the need for COMPLETE THE PROCESS due to customers may change their mind. Not sure what steps could help but you may want to review because if TOYOTA WANTS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY R IN THERE HOME THAT'S NOT THERE FEELING GOT YESTERDAY. Just my observation. I purchased my brand new 2019 Rav 4 from Valley Stream in Dec 2019, the dealership was very happy for the sale. Fast forward to July 2020 my car was stolen and recovered and I brought it to Valley to be repr Dec 2019, the dealership was very happy for the sale. Fast forward to July 2020 my car was stolen and recovered and I brought it to Valley to be reprogrammed. I had been exhausted from the night before filling out police reports etc. apart from the fact that Toyota Valley Stream say I wasn’t qualified for $1000.00 I was applying for to reprogram the car they advised me that I could have gotten my car back on Saturday. I ended up having to call Toyota Valley stream because no one called me to provide an update only to be told the department was closed and won’t be reopen until Monday. I’m writing this today (my birthday) and not only did I have to deal with the theft of my vehicle but the lack of care by Toyota Valley Stream. Thank you Toyota of Valley Stream for helping me to have one of the worst birthday of my life. All you guys are interested in is getting persons to purchase a car so you can get the loan and nothing else. No customer service skills, no empathy, nothing.... More
