I wanted to trade my lease in early(also purchased from this dealership) for a 4dw vehicle but wasn't sure i'd be trading in for sure that day. Kelcie took the time to show me different models and vehicles and helped me narrow it down to the one I loved. All the features of my car were fully explained in depth and she made she I walked away understanding everything. Every button was explained thoroughly. Erin is always pleasant and does her best to go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied and helping me work out a deal I couldn't resist. I worked with Erin a few years ago on my older lease and had such a great experience with her then that she was my go-to when I decided to trade in again. I'm happy to see she's moved out of sales and info finance-she's gained a longterm customer! It's always been a wonderful experience working with this team and always appreciated for the hard work and dedication to not aggressively sell vehicles, but to match the wants/needs of what i'm looking for(and helping me figure out what i'm looking for when I don't even know!) and to take the time to really work on a more personable level.
