When I purchased my vehicle, admittedly at a non-Jaguar dealer direct(which I won’t do again), I loved it but became instantly concerned regarding my safety as I experience issues with my steering wheel. I purchased a vehicle that was still in its active warranty phase so I sped(kidding, I drove carefully and considerately) to Riverside Jaguar/Land Rover to put my anxious mind at ease. My direct specialist was, STILL IS, and will continue to be Mark Espinoza(the whole team is on big awesome rockstar band! But Mark welcomed me into the Jag fold) and he was not only expert support, but what I’ve yet to convey to Mark, is that he was actually my formal welcome experience into the realm of Jaguar vehicles. It was everything I wanted and so much more! Not only was he thorough, he was sincere, intentional, determined, happy, pleasant, calm, and disarming. I needed all that! This is my first pair of Jags(this was a 1 of 2 purchase), I was extremely anxious despite all my homework and preparation because of the perpetual anxiety commonly associated with making a first noteworthy luxury vehicle purchase. He not only put my mind at ease, he addressed and resolved my maintenance issue, ensured I had a stress free bridge in the gap with loaner vehicle support while he restored my vehicle, and again Mark was able to disarm me and most importantly get me on board and get my buy in with the process at large. My service rep Ivan was very helpful. He greeted me at my car and walked me into the office. He explained the service I needed in detail and let me know what to expect.
