I had was leasing a honda and recently upgraded. This was my first time looking for a vehicle on my own. Once my car came in, Veli helped me through everything and was such a great resource for me. Eric help my first time looking for a vehicle on my own. Once my car came in, Veli helped me through everything and was such a great resource for me. Eric helped me through the paperwork, and even though it seemed really daunting, he helped me through every step and answered every question I had. I am in love my with new CRV, and I could not have done it without the help of Eric and Veli! Thank you guys!!!! More

Tony did an awesome job helping me trade in my lease and upgrade to a new CRV! He took the time to learn my needs and then talked through available options. Went in for routine service on my HRV. Was met by Taylor--I told her my lease was up in 2 months and wanted to speak to someone about what my options would be at that time. She was very pleasant, and Taylor--I told her my lease was up in 2 months and wanted to speak to someone about what my options would be at that time. She was very pleasant, and took me straight to the top man--Peter. He spent probably an hour going over options and was very honest what the (limited) options were given the lack of available new cars. However, that didn't stop him from finding one for me, and with the increased value of my trade-in, my monthly lease cost is now $112 less! Peter then took me to Leticia for the specifics of getting the car, doing the paperwork, etc. When I picked up the car, even though I was getting essentially the same car (HRV) as I'd had, Leticia patiently spent time going over some of the specifics of the car, SHE programed my radio stations while I was meeting with Erik going over the finances, she helped pair my phone, etc--she knew the car well (which hasn't been the case sometimes in the past with other sales people at other dealerships). My experiences with Taylor in service, Peter and Leticia in sales, and Erik in finance was outstanding--stress free, even with the shortage of cars. Thank you all 4 of you! I'll be back in 3 years when my lease is up! More

The sales experience with "Duke" Justin was very good. We were considering buying a used Honda HR-V before he showed us the advantage of buying new with 0% financing. With a tight availability he was able to were considering buying a used Honda HR-V before he showed us the advantage of buying new with 0% financing. With a tight availability he was able to sell us one on the showroom floor equipped exactly as we needed. Duke related well to us (seniors) and quick sharing of life experiences between us was fun and not excessive. The purchase went smoothly. We met with Eric from finance to complete the paperwork. Herein lies our only disappointment with WILDE. The hard sell for extended warranty coverage was excessive. I know this is the high profit portion of a dealership and it is his responsibility to "close the sale" on this. But on the sales side we are sold on Honda reliability and their warranty and on the finance side of how we should not trust the car and pay a high monthly additional fee beyond the factory warranty. I know It's a standard in the car industry today, just like the hard sell for rust proofing was years ago. I don't really fault Eric, who we really liked for having to "sell" this but it is uncomfortable for the buyer to go through this process with the A-Z options which the majority will never need. More
