In the end, I decided I needed to drive a Kia before I could even continue considering a Sportage over a Rav4. The test-drive, the friendliness and low-key approach of the sales staff, did the trick. My sales person, Erica York, was SO enjoyable to work with — personable, accommodating, and utterly genuine.
