My husband and I went in to lease a 2024 Buick Envision. Erica our sales lady was very nice and so was the finance guy Dave. Dave was supposed to get back with us on a few questions about grounding our curr Erica our sales lady was very nice and so was the finance guy Dave. Dave was supposed to get back with us on a few questions about grounding our current lease the next day. Never heard back even after leaving several voicemails over several days. Called Erica also because we experienced an issue at the same time with the new Buick. She never returned our call either. So my husband went in to the dealership after no success with the voicemails. Still nothing. This dealership only wants your money! You sign then you become a no body to them. We were skeptical even going there after bad experiences with their used car side. Lesson learned More
