Hi KaTo, Thank you for responding. I actually do work in the corporate office. I see that one of your issues was that the warranty is only good at any Boch location, but the warranty is actually good at any automotive shop in the United States that have ASE Certified Technicians. Also, you mentioned about the accessories. Sometimes people add or take certain accessories to their vehicles when they trade them in. What we can guarantee is that the vehicle will have all its standard equipment, will go through its 160 point inspection, and it will be backed by a 7-day worry free buy back guarantee. Ok, my biggest issue is why was the truck not CPO? Cost is not an acceptable answer because they sold an 3 party warranty. What does it cost you to CPO a vechile? Maybe a couple of hundred if that. Either way I paid about 2G because they said I dont have a choice. I don't agree with you regarding the accessories, price should reflect according to the options on the truck. Because that is a easy 3G including labor to reinstall everything. The dealership clearly listed on their website the options I mentioned on the truck. When i got there they were not and i point that out. All I want is the dealership to CPO my vehicle like it should have been.

Hi Stephanie, One of the manager called me regarding my concern but told me they can NOT certify the vehicle at this time. I asked my the vehicle wasn't CPO and he basically said it the discretion of the dealership. They only have to certify X amount to satisfy Toyota. He suggested I can cancel my warranty if I was not unhappy with it. That does not help my situation. I feel the Toyota warranty is far superior and if I tavel I know i will not have any issues at a Toyota dealership. This 3rd party warranty is owned by Boch not Toyota so I would probably have to jump though hoop if I have any issues down the road. Please step in and help me with this matter.

The dealership did not deliver. I expected my vehicle would get CPO as we discussed. Instead they simply cancelled my boch warranty and gave me the Toyota warranty. I a Toyota extra care warrant which is great but not what I expected. I have no problem paying for a warranty but I strong feel this vehicle should have been CPO. I'm extremely disappointed with Boch Toyota and the runaway I been getting.
