This was for regular service (oil change). I was 15 minutes early for my appointment which wasn’t an issue, I was checked and was told an hour and half to complete. At time of checking in I also requested to have my wipers changed. At 9:50 I got notified that my service was completed. I waited another hour for car but nothing. I out to service area and for some to make contact. A person came that car was but they didn’t have the wipers, me not being happy with that let person know they weren’t replaced on my last service either. Ask the for his and he told Corey the service mgr. which I in informed him I have voice mail from him from last time and I had called and left messages but he never returned my call. At this I have very low expectations of Chavez-Jessup. I’m still waiting for a call from Corey. More

I was lied to from the moment I made the appointment. And I got a flyer that even stated they matched prices on tires. I took in dozens of places that sold tires. They wouldn’t match any of them. They brought out paperwork not that was on my flyer, but they had in the back room. I will never return to Chavez and I’ve purchased two cars from you in the last three years no more. More

My appointment was at 8am and they made me wait for my till the shop closed. I was waiting in the waiting room until they told me I should go home. While I was waiting at home I was waiting for a call and till the shop closed. I was waiting in the waiting room until they told me I should go home. While I was waiting at home I was waiting for a call and I called at 5;00 pm and they said it would be ready by 5:30. I showed up and they said the tech was finishing up. He was doing an update in the radio. By the way the radio is still cutting off on occasion and still hasn’t been resolved. They couldn’t duplicate the problem that I took it in for.: the gear getting stuck on park regardless if I have it in reverse or drive. Showed them pictures of the problem but obviously it is an intermittent problem. Needless to say my day felt like a waste. Nothing was resolved. They also forgot to attach the multipoint inspection paper to my paperwork because they had already closed the shop. Called the following day and couldn’t get a hold of the service writer but when I was able to talk to Jorge he got me the paperwork emailed immediately. More
