Eric is amazing! I first went in to test drive a car that I wasn’t really in love with. Instead of trying to force the used car purchase, he helped me check out a few others. I got all the information I needed on these and was happy to find a new car in my price range to lease. The car I fell in love with ended up selling, and Eric did everything he could to bring in another one for me! It could be my age, but salesmen at other dealerships have not treated me like a serious customer. Eric took me seriously throughout the entire process and I could tell he respected my time. I never felt the frustration that I usually feel trying to get a car. The leasing process went smoothly and he was easy to communicate with whenever needed. He obviously cared about sending me off with the car in perfect condition. He even made sure the Permaplate application was perfect. Now every time I walk out and see my car I feel sooo happy and I have Eric to thank for that :) Because of my experience with dealers in the past, I’m not sure anyone else could’ve given me this dealer experience. I appreciate him so much and already started recommending him to family and friends next time they’re looking for cars. We spent a few days looking at cars at various dealerships had some good salesman and some not so good salesmen. When we got to Suburban Nissan and met with Eric it was such a refresher! We were treated so kindly and there was absolutely no pressure when it came to looking. Eric was great at walking us through the steps as neither of us had ever bought a car before. When it came time to sign the papers there was no sales or finance pressure for putting down more money or adding on extra stuff! Rishi in finance was great for getting us a good deal and making sure our experience was good! Over all we had a great car buying experience here and 100% recommend Eric for sales and Rishi for financing! More

The dealership is spacious and has a large waiting area and it appears very clean service section. I was particularly impressed by the interactive Model Interest Sales Screen that you could select the mod and it appears very clean service section. I was particularly impressed by the interactive Model Interest Sales Screen that you could select the model and type of payment method and find out how much the vehicle would cost depending on the model. The dealership is in a great location and easy to get to from the adjoining highways or Grand River. We really enjoyed working with Eric who patiently answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable with the vehicle lineup. We appreciated him letting us test drive the two models we were interested in and when we finally completed all the paperwork showed us in person many of the features of the new car that we wanted to know about as it's our first Nissan purchase. Rishi Varmon was very knowlegeable also and helped us figure out various financing alternatives. He was also patient and answered all of our questions appropriately. More
