He wasn't pushy and kept me informed of new internet deals as they were published. One of the deals was unbelievable and I scheduled a date and time to test drive the vehicle at the Lansing location. That is were I met salesman Eric Pickett. Eric too was great. He knew what I was interested in and closed out the deal. Eric was welcoming, very professional, knowledgeable of the product and most importantly he wasn't pushy. Had to be a Chevy Cruze 3. &It had to have updated features(I didn't want anything basic) Mr. Eric Pickett showed me about 3 cars before he finally found the one perfect for me at a comfortable price. He found the car of dreams! I'm happy and still VERY excited to drive a car I love and can see myself in for years. I'm officially the proud owner of a Dark Red 2016 Chevy Cruze LT. Great salesman I spoke with Jackie over the phone and via emai, she was very helpful. We were able to reach a very competitive price for the vehicle, this was import I spoke with Jackie over the phone and via emai, she was very helpful. We were able to reach a very competitive price for the vehicle, this was important to me because I was traveling over 150 miles to get the truck. I was disappointed to find out that although I had an appointment to meet with her she had actually made this appointment on her day off. Eric stepped up to help me and was amazing. Truly one of the best salesmen I have ever delt with. He went above and beyond in every way, even paid himself to put fuel in my truck for me. Unfortunately the truck was not exactly as advertised and lacked the tow package that it said it had. Eric was very helpful although management was not willing to help me with this. Fortunately the friendly sales staff made up for the unfriendly management. More
