Amazing car buying experience! I have bought (used) cars before from a different dealership and even though that dealership provided great service for my family and I, I must say th I have bought (used) cars before from a different dealership and even though that dealership provided great service for my family and I, I must say that Luther Nissan Kia surpassed that all! When I first arrived to the dealership, they were so busy and everything was going so fast that I thought that they were not going to pay close attention to our needs, meet our expectations, or even help me get a car! Well, I was wrong! Tom Hagmeier helped me get a brand new Nissan Sentra, first NEW car that I have owned! He was awesome! We had our son with us that day and since the dealership was so busy and our son was getting impatient, they let us take the Sentra home for the weekend as a rental and we came back on Monday. Since I had to be at work by noon, Tom cleaned our car personally! I was shocked that he would do that for us! He made this such an easy and smooth process for us! Eric Nieves in finance also got us a great deal on the car, which I don't think we would have gotten any where else! He was really nice and explained everything really well! Honestly, I probably won't be going to other dealerships, but Luther Nissan Kia in the future and recommending it to family and friends! You guys are very knowledgeable and AWESOME! More

My Nissan Rogue 2014 !!!!!!! Well ... I am relatively new in USA and just 10 weeks, You can imagine, how a big nightmare it would be, for somebody like me to get a new Car wit Well ... It was just because of JP and Eric who have successfully helped me in closing the deal. I am sure it would not have been possible for me to manage this without JP. He is such a nice soul .. very cordial, warm, friendly, ..able to guide me on every thing that I needed to get my Rogue on road. In fact he is with me all the way to my home, while I drive the new car on US free-way road !! I decided against that vehicle because something didn't seem right and called Sue back. She was very helpful and I am so glad that I decided to purchase the Rogue. I love the vehicle and the process with Sue and Eric was very easy. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big decision and they both made be feel like I was being given honest information and they were very trustworthy. Sue and Eric answered every question that I had and truly understand what customer service means.
