From every accessory to package to buttons, Victor was very kind and generous in helping us pick what options to include in our order. The process was very smooth and he even surprised us with a post Christmas Day call that our car had arrived 2 months early! Even the pricing was well explained and I by far wish that every person who needs a new or used car to go over to Mercedes Benz Orange County and ask for Victor. He is the greatest and so sweet! As for other employees, a special thank you to Eric Mafkovsky who assisted in trying to locate other GLEs in the area before us ordering one. A special thank you to Tom in the finance department for being very kind during the paperwork. And lastly a special thank you to Emari Davis who is also very sweet and knowledgeable on the mechanics of the GLE350. Victor deserves a 10/10 and Mercedes Benz Orange County does as well! More
