I needed a new car that I can be absolutely certain is dependable so I decided on a Cadillac. I came to Gary Lang because they have the best prices and I've found that the sales and service there are also dependable so I decided on a Cadillac. I came to Gary Lang because they have the best prices and I've found that the sales and service there are also excellent. This is my first Cadillac and being such a major investment I was a little nervous when I walked in. Eric has a good personality, is knowledgeable, and simply knows how to communicate well with his customers. He immediately put me at ease and I was completely comfortable with him throughout the process, which was very important to me. He managed to get me the price I wanted to pay. He got me the answers to questions both before and after my purchase and he went an 'extra mile' for me. I didn't have anyone available to pick up my old car so Eric delivered my old car to my house 15 miles away the next morning. Gary Lang has some nice perks, for example a free loaner car when I bring my CT5 in for service. I would definitely buy from Gary Lang again and will recommend them, especially Eric. More
