Recently my wife and I went to purchase a car at Castle AutoPlex in Mchenry Illinois. Our sale professional, Greg Khanjian helped us negotiate the sale at a fair price. On the drive home we discovered th AutoPlex in Mchenry Illinois. Our sale professional, Greg Khanjian helped us negotiate the sale at a fair price. On the drive home we discovered that the car did not have a particular feature that we had asked for. We called Greg immediately and he told us to come back to the dealership and he would rectify the situation. When we arrived at the dealership, Castle staff without hesitation replaced the car with one with the feature we desired. We met with Andrew, one of the managers, who helped both parties come to an agreement, and we purchased a 2023 Terrain Denali. The final person of our experience was the pleasant and efficient finance/final papers person, Ivan. All 3 gentlemen made our experience a pleasant one without any pressure. More
