I started researching vehicles a few months ago and narrowed it down to a few dealerships. Autumn was a HUGE reason I chose Ferguson Kia. She has so much knowledge, a warm and welcoming personality and was very patient with me and all my questions and concerns. She even left me a sweet card in my console , such a great personal touch. Everyone at Ferguson was so helpful. I’m 50 years old and this was the first time I’ve ever been by myself to purchase a vehicle.
