After Assistant Manager Eric Ho pressured me to sign a release for an unsafe car on October 3rd and engaged in discriminatory remarks mocking my ESL communication ('You used AI, right?' I know it’s not from you), local management has spent the last four weeks completely ignoring the issue. What disappoints me the most is that George Amezcua and James are content letting a discriminatory staff member remain on the front lines to put future ESL clients through the exact same ordeal. While other luxury brands like Lexus handle client care with immediate respect, New Century BMW offers total silence while keeping clients trapped in downgraded loaners without features they pay for. Steer completely clear of this dealership. More

But they have terrible reservation times for service getting a courtesy vehicle. It can be from a week or longer. But my service advisor Eric Ho and Elmo who is no longer there. And Willie Vasquez were always very good to me and accommodating. This place is pretty packed, so wait times are a bit much compared to other dealers. Waiting area was renovated and Is ok for the location and clientele for the area. I could say this place is good but not the greatest. More

Quality of Work and Safety This has not been a pleasant experience. The reason I have given this rate is because I recently had a problem with my car. The BMW auto technician f This has not been a pleasant experience. The reason I have given this rate is because I recently had a problem with my car. The BMW auto technician forgot to re-connect the cable for the alternator after fixing a heater based on a recall. And caused a domino effect for me that day. I would like to share my incident with your management. Hopefully, the management will take this incident seriously and make the necessary improvement to your team. On Thursday 11/08/2018, I took my car to New Century BMW to fix a recall service (Heater). After it was done. The service advisor Eric Ho called and told me that my car was done and that everything was good. After I picked up my car and drove for about 10 minutes. The car suddenly stopped in the middle of the street!! I called him immediately and report the incident. He didn’t know why that happened and told me to call the tow truck myself and take it back to BMW. I was left in the middle of the street during rush hour with no guidance while causing a major traffic jam. I was terrified that I would get hit by a car because I was blocking traffic. I don't Understand how this could have happened! Had I driven on a freeway that day, I could have been killed by the oncoming traffic with this sudden transmission failure of my car. Their negligence put me in a dangerous situation!! If it wasn’t for an off-duty cop who saw my distress and came to my rescue and help direct traffic and called other officers to come by and help to push my car to the curb. God knows what could have happened. I was stranded for almost 4 hours out in the street because my car was not movable. Eric did tell me that he’s was leaving at 6 pm and that there wasn’t anything he could do. Unfortunately, my tow truck didn’t come until after 6 pm. I had to tow my car to Capital Auto shop at San Gabriel because he didn’t want to wait for me to get there with the car since he was leaving at 6 pm. After I took my car to get checked and found out that it was a mistake done by your team. BMW technician forgot to connect the cable for the alternator. The car was eventually towed back from the auto shop to the Alhambra BMW for repair. While I’m glad that my car was fixed, I’m still miffed that no apology about this screw-up was ever conveyed by anyone from the BMW auto repair team. As of today I still have not received the reimbursement for the repair done at Capital Auto Shop, which was authorized by New Century BMW. This is very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for more than 7 years. When I picked my car at BMW on the following Monday after a detailed check-up, Eric had not even offered an apology for his negligence, not to mention the inconvenience and hardship I had to endure. This horrendous experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth. More

Three Up, Three Down = 100% Satisfaction Another car, another great experience with Ken. This is the third BMW that I've worked with Ken on and couldn't be happier with the process I've lef Another car, another great experience with Ken. This is the third BMW that I've worked with Ken on and couldn't be happier with the process I've left feedback/positive reviews prior but each experience tops the previous. In working with Ken, you can forget the typical sales/back and forth tactics. Ken takes the time to understand what you're looking for, the service you expect, the experience you want and gets it done. Everything was done remotely as I now live in SF but when I came back to town, everything was ready to go and a seamless process. He had the car brought into the dealership, prepped and spec'd to what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier. The other reviews echo my personal experiences in working with Ken and truthfully, don't have any intentions of working with or entertaining other car relationships moving forward. Three up, three down. Thanks, Ken. Your service is appreciated. More
