Salesman couldn’t find the key for the car we wanted, and when we came back to look at a second car it had a tag saying the dash was ‘lit up like a Christmas tree’. Multiple staff made comments about how unp when we came back to look at a second car it had a tag saying the dash was ‘lit up like a Christmas tree’. I came in from Fairbanks and everything was all ready to go. The salesman was very helpful and the person dealing with the financial aspect was a great help in letting me know what my best options were in r go. The whole process was very good and I had much better experience with them then dealers in Fairbanks. They were fair on my trade in and I was able to get a safe and reliable vehicle through them. I was very pleased with my experience. Enough though I was lied to about my finance company requiring my to get Gap Insurance. Which I got my contract re-contacted removing the Gap Insuran Enough though I was lied to about my finance company requiring my to get Gap Insurance. Which I got my contract re-contacted removing the Gap Insurance because it was not required from my finance company.
