I was originally overwhelmed by the process because I just moved out of my parents house and the idea of spending every penny I had saved since I was 16 was daunting to say the least. My parents came with me to help because I don't really know much about cars. The days before I went to Columbia ford I had gone to other dealerships but I just didn't feel 100% comfortable and taken care of at any of them (honestly I was met with a lot of dealers who spoke down to me as if I was in infant). John Senick at Columbia Ford was nothing like that. He made me feel comfortable and well informed but also treated me with respect and acknowledged that I was the one ultimately making the decision. Not only that but John really did his very best to get me the best deal on a great car. He came back to me with an offer that was far better than any expectations I could have had and I simply couldn't refuse. He was great about working around my work schedule when coming to pick up the car. When dealing with the paperwork and finances Eric Gates was also very friendly and down to earth. I couldn't be happier with my 2011 Hyundai Elantra. In all I had a wonderful experience at Columbia Ford and I would encourage anyone to request John Senick when buying their next car.
