I looked for the right car for almost three months at all different dealers around CT. I was sick and tired of sales people trying to get it over on me one way or the other. I have not been to the dealership before but was pleasantly surprised with the overall sales process. I was introduced to Steve, who promptly made me feel comfortable and made a search for the vehicle which suited me best. The car was brought from a nearby lot so I could look it over and test drive it. I was not rushed and was able to drive the car home to show it to my wife as well. I was treated respectfully and the negotiation involving my trade-in was quite smooth. I appreciated the low pressure sales manner I experienced.
