I was introduced to Steve, who promptly made me feel comfortable and made a search for the vehicle which suited me best. The car was brought from a nearby lot so I could look it over and test drive it. I was not rushed and was able to drive the car home to show it to my wife as well. I was treated respectfully and the negotiation involving my trade-in was quite smooth. I appreciated the low pressure sales manner I experienced.
