First oil change on my 2017 Ford Explorer Eric DeFalco was great. He said in detail what we could have done and explained what each package was. Eric, who helped me on the Monday morning was very through in his explanations to my questions and concerns I had about my vehicle; I felt like I was talking to a good friend and not just a guy checking my car in for service. Even though they were very busy, my wait time was nothing crazy, Eric even called me to update me on the progress and asked me if I need a ride back from Garden City, where I walked to pass the time (they would have even given me a ride to there if I wanted, but I like walking.) Overall, I keep coming back to Tasca Fastlane because of the pleasant facilities, it’s always very clean, the workers are always smiling, service is great, and my car is happy too!!! Thanks for the pleansant experience, ya’ll always go above and beyond to provide 5+ star customer service! Tasca is Always highly recommended in our family. More
