Eric D is a rock star! Found myself with an issue on my 2013 F150. Turned over, but would not start. Got it to Tasca and spoke with Eric D. Even though He was off the clock, Found myself with an issue on my 2013 F150. Turned over, but would not start. Got it to Tasca and spoke with Eric D. Even though He was off the clock, He stayed with me while Chris wrote up the service order. He made sure I had a ride home before he left. Not having an appointment was a big factor in being told it might be 3-4 days before I get it back. The following day, Eric saw to it that I got on the schedule, and got my repairs done quickly, keeping in touch all the way. Cannot say enough about the customer service aspect of this. It was outstanding! More
