Recall Service Brought my Fusion in for a recall. Had an oil change, tires rotated, and new wipers while it was there. Eric Defalco was my service rep and couldn't Brought my Fusion in for a recall. Confidence Total confidence in having the job done right. I had spoken with the service rep weeks before the apt was made. We went over all that had to be done Total confidence in having the job done right. I had spoken with the service rep weeks before the apt was made. We went over all that had to be done and the cost that I was likely to see so there were no surprises when I dropped my vehicle off or picked it up. That is a very good feeling, thanks. I was also notified as to the progress of work being done and, of course, when everything had been completed. It's so refreshing to experience work ethics like this. More
