What can i say, were do i start... I walked into Meadowlands Nissan specifically looking for Engell because my sister bought 2 cars their and Engell's customer service was amazing. She was right, from the time i went in it was like i new him for years, he really makes you feel comfortable. Applied absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy a vehicle at all. Actually, its annoying when dealers try to pressure you into buying something. His customer service was a 10 out of 10. I also had a issue because I bought my Rogue but i am from another state, MASS, and i needed to do a change of address and a lot of phone calls to bank and insurance. This guy went the extra mile by making phone calls to another state ON HIS DAY OFF, a week after i purchased my vehicle. He didn't have to do that. I will definitely be going back to Meadowlands in the future. Not only is Nissan a reliable name, but Engell's hospitality n warm customer service won me over. He should seriously be giving classes on customer service since so many dealers lack it these days. More

I have a great experience on April 2nd with Engell. He was an outstanding sales person. He took extra time to tell me everything about the car that I was interested in and about all of the features. He made the experience of leasing a new car fast and easy. If he ever left sales I would hire him at my hotel in a second. The dealership, in addition to Engell was great. Meadowlands Nissan, from my opinion, has a better class of Pre-owned vehicles; clearly the methodology is "the best kept leased/corporate cars become the easiest to certified"; But not every car is a "gem" of Pre-owned vehicles; clearly the methodology is "the best kept leased/corporate cars become the easiest to certified"; But not every car is a "gem" so bring along a trained eye to give the car a thorough inspection. I did find an issue and Engell was prompt to correct to correct it; but they are busy so be prepared to wait on a week night or weekend; All of your questions and concerns are addressed; I recommend that you go there prepared; Also, if you can, go there after 2PM and before 5PM weekdays as "the crew" is in and customers are not. IF you want a pre-owned car that looks like new but more importantly has a high chance of being a great choice, Meadowlands is a good choice. I was not satisfied at what I saw at some of the other Nissan Dealers in Northern NJ but I only went to a few. More

OMG How can i start by telling how Engell Capellan , a friend before a sales person , with his great aura has saved me over a thousand dollar on a same deal car i would have accidently purchased from anot friend before a sales person , with his great aura has saved me over a thousand dollar on a same deal car i would have accidently purchased from another nissan dealer located in hackensack on river drive ,new jersey . Same exact car but 1000.00 dollar cheaper , what does that prove to you , as a customer you are there number one value not the car , so they might loose a dollar or two but they will never loose you as a customer . I just felt i knew the guy long time ago .He explained to me all my options and whatever i need to know incase i changed my mind about something or i had a general question about anything . OUTSTANDING AND SUPERB , DO NOT HESITATE TO STOP BY AND ASK FOR HIM OR ANY OTHER SALES PEOPLE . I am positive that everyone there is the same . The dealer had a large selection of Altimas. The sales staff were friendly but not overly pushy. Engell was very professional and did a great job showing me the cars and test driving them with me. I was a little surprised over the cost of the extra insurance offered in the financing area so declined that because I didn't find it necessary. I also had a service issue and it was promptly looked at and worked on. So far, I recommend this dealership as one of the best in the area. More
