If you are in the market for a new/used luxury vehicle, Sears Impoted Autos is first class and should be your first choice! My Master Certified Representative, Endre B, who assisted me in finding the right Mercedes series, type etc., was the ultimate professional. I will admit i was a bit indecisive and his patience, and really wanting to understand my needs, created a no pressure, extremely pleasant buying experience (totally surprised me). He has been in the businesd for over 20 years (i think at this same dealership) and the way he works with his clients is well seasoned and knowledge based. I encourage you to ask for him specifically. My great experience extended beyond sales, in that Neil B, in Management was also a delight to work with. He offered above and beyond elements that he had no obligation to extend... this speaks to his solid character and putting customers first! And last but not least, even the financing experience was easy-breezy as i worked with Jennifer. She also made that final step in the process enjoyable and at ease. My salesperson, Endre, continually goes to great lengths to find the right car for me, and follows up consistently until he knows every last detail is not only met, but exceeded. During my last purchase, Chris Long put in a great deal of extra time to oversee my test drive and delivery, expertly explaining different models, and patiently answering dozens of questions. Chris was happy to take calls and texts anytime when I asked for more information or had a concern. Because of that diligence and commitment to service, I have been thrilled with every one of my Sears cars. That excellence doesn't stop after a sale. I have also used Sears exclusively for everything from routine maintenance to repairs to body work, and once again their staff has been second to none. Bill Blume and Reid Willemsen have been extremely kind and helpful when I've needed repairs, going out of their way to make sure work was done quickly and correctly. The entire staff is genuine, friendly and a dream to deal with. Buying and maintaining cars used to be something I dreaded---and even hated.
