Emely was a great salesperson; explaining everything throughly. I highly recommend her and look forward doing business with her in the future. The only things I can complain about is that there was throughly. I highly recommend her and look forward doing business with her in the future. The only things I can complain about is that there was not the color I wanted for our car. I was told in the beginning of doing business that it was available and then was told during my phone call for car insurance activation (by the end of doing all the transactions) that the color was not available, so I was caught off guard and sadly just had to choose another color. We were pretty bummed out about that. In addition, waiting a long time to be seen by the Finance representative. Our appointment was at 6:30p.m and we left 11p.m, couldn't take the car home plus we have a toddler so you can imagine towards the end how my child was. Emely did help with accommodating us with an Uber home and taking the car to us the next day, that's why she was a good salesperson with us! Thank you Emely! More
