He was literally phenomenal and went above and beyond for us!! We pulled off a surprise 16th bday and he made it all happen for us! From faking like we weren’t getting that car, to sneaking for the down paym us!! We pulled off a surprise 16th bday and he made it all happen for us! From faking like we weren’t getting that car, to sneaking for the down payment w out her seeing, to pretending they sold the one she wanted and then adding the sweet 16 bow on top and balloons for her surprise car! We are so thankful for him and love the car. He also showed us every single bell and whistle on that car which I feel you never get nowadays. So 10 outta 10 for him! My car was stolen on 4/19, so the past couple of weeks have been pretty stressful. I wasn’t exactly looking forward to shopping for a new car, but I decided to get a head start and check out a couple dealerships. And I’m so glad I stopped by your store. Elyes made the entire experience better than I could have asked for. I expected to feel pressured, stressed, and maybe even overwhelmed—but that wasn’t the case at all. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made everything feel comfortable and easy. I truly appreciate people like him, especially during a difficult time. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a small restaurant inside your store. Being able to grab lunch while checking out a couple of Broncos turned the visit into a genuinely enjoyable experience, it was a really nice moment during an otherwise stressful time. From Elyes, to the front desk associate, and the restaurant staff, everyone I encountered was incredibly kind.
