Evona contacted me to set up an appointment to see the vehicle . The Encore was ready to test drive when I arrived. Eliot was my sales person I worked with , and was very knowledgeable on all the functions of the Encore, he also picked up on that I had interest in the Regal too. Eliot had a Regal for me to test drive so I can compare. I ended up buying the Encore that night, we did the financial part of the sale with Carrie, she was very helpful and easy to talk with. I would defiantly recommend this dealer! More

Great Used Car Buying Experience I researched a 2001 Buick Park Ave which was in stock for only about 8 days, the car was well taken care of, and everything worked (which is surprisin I researched a 2001 Buick Park Ave which was in stock for only about 8 days, the car was well taken care of, and everything worked (which is surprising for a 17 year old car). I made a few inquiries over the phone with Samantha Edwards who placed me in contact with salesman Eliot Pergricht. Eliot suggested I come in to take a test drive, but considering I live south of Chicago the trip would be an undertaking. Anyway, once I arrived at the dealership with my son, I was greated at the front door by Eliot, he could not have been more pleasant and candid as it relates to the sale of this car. I also met Mike O'Connell the Finance Manager, and he was fantastic. All-in-all my purchase experience at Sullivan was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like a person and not just another sale. We really wanted to go with a buick enclave because we did research on vehicles and they were by far the best quality vehicle for the price range we wanted to be in. We searched a lot on autotrader around our area and no one had low mileage along with a low price like Sullivan Buick. So even with a tight schedule we made the decision to drive up. That's where we met Eliot. He was just great to us. Just an all around awesome guy. We had mediocre credit, no down payment besides our trade in...and after us going home once he STILL made it happen for us. We had dealt with a lot of car salesmen before him at other dealerships and it was always the same thing. Same lines, same games, and pushy, pushy, pushy. Not him. I actually didn't get that vibe from anyone working there. It was just a laid back friendly environment which really stuck out to us. When test driving he told us the details about the vehicle and trusted the quality, the shape it was in, and it being priced right it would speak for itself and that's exactly what it did. We have had our vehicle a year now and we have had no issues. It's a great vehicle and fits our family very comfortably. It's funny because we live in a small town over an hour away but a lot of the buicks around our area have the sullivan buick plate frame! That says a lot! Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!!! More

I had to rely on Eliot Pergricht with Sales to be my eyes, ears, and even sense of smell. I flew in to get the truck and when Eliot drove it around honestly I was pleasantly surprised to see it was even better than described - then I drive it 1000 miles without a single problem. Big thank you to Eliot for taking the extra time to answer my many questions, giving me the facts, and even coming in on his day off to see me off.
