I live closer to another Buick dealership but choose to go the distance to Sullivan because of their service department and their staff. The first time I leased my car, I didn't know much about leasing. I knew even less about turning it in to get a new lease. My salesperson Eliot helped me to understand what was involved and to navigate the exchange. He even met me near my house to get the second key to my old car and to explain more about about my new car! I will continue to make the trip to Sullivan to get my car serviced.
