Best dealership I have been too! This was the 9th Ford vehicle I have purchased in the past 12 years. I have used auto brokers and have purchased directly from dealers. I have to say that Five Star Ford and Alfred know what customer service is and will go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot so they did a dealer trade with another local dealership. The day after I got my car I noticed that all the windows had been etched with a number. A service I didn’t purchase nor did I want. I called Alfred and he said don’t worry about it we want you to be happy, I will take care of it, and told me to come by the next day. I met with Alfred and Jeff who said the dealership they got the vehicle from must have done it and they apologized for it. They then offered to find me another car just like it without the etching. At this point I am already amazed that a dealership would be willing to do that after all the paperwork had been signed. So I go home and the next day receive a message from Alfred that they found me another car and it would be ready for me to pick up the following day. I still couldn't believe that they care that much for customer satisfaction. The new car was perfect and exactly what I wanted. They have defiantly got a customer for many years to come. More

The finance folks were also able to make a call in to FOrd Credit to reduce my rate from 3.9 to 1.9 to make the deal in one visit. Great service all around! More

I did not choose this one, and we went to satellite lot to pickup the Mustang that I did purchase. while I was taking care of the financing he made sure it was detailed and fueled for me to drive out completely satisfied with my vehicle. Tut Edwards was funny and most helpful with the financing. Sam O'Reggio helped with all after market purchases, and Jimmie Mathews set up my Sync account and guided me through the use of this program. Overall great experience. More

He then proceeded to answer all my questions about the car and discount options offered by Ford . I returned a second time and Diron was not available so Justin Allerheiligen stepped in to help. He took me to test drive a Ford Edge I requested. He was very knowledgeable about the car. He also answered questions about cost and discounts available to me. He also explained the differences in the SEL and Limited Edge. He provided a brochure so I could decide which options were most important to me. Since the dealership did not have the vehicle I wanted, he located one in Oklahoma for me. Diron went to pick up the vehicle so I could have the vehicle ASAP. I returned 2 days later to purchase. Justin got all paperwork in order and showed me how to operated the touchscreen and lights,etc. He let me know if I had any questions on how to operate anything, I could always call him or attend a class. Tut did the financing paperwork and was very friendly and answered all my questions. He explained everything very well. Diron also told me if I had any questions about anything, the dealership offered classes on Saturdays. Everyone was very helpful and nice and knowledgeable about their products. They went above and beyond what I expected to make sure I had the vehicle I wanted as soon as possible and all paperwork was done in a timely manner. Thank you for a great car buying experience. But that is exactly how I found my experience to be at Five Star Ford. As a woman buying a vehicle on her own, Alfred El-Darazi was personable, friendly and informative. I shopped around at other dealerships and was confronted with salesmen who were condescending and rude. Alfred listened to what I had to say and helped me get into the 2014 Ford Escape that I wanted. I appreciate his happy and helpful demeanor and found working with Alfred to actually be a joy. I definitely recommend Five Star Ford and I suggest that you ask specifically for Alfred El-Darazi for terrific service. More
