Fantastic experience I originally came in to see about an X1. Jason was great. He took a car off of the showroom floor to test drive. I rode with one of the "geniuses" I originally came in to see about an X1. Jason was great. He took a car off of the showroom floor to test drive. I rode with one of the "geniuses" who was very knowledgeable about the car and it's options. I was interested in a lease. An offer was given with no pressure to buy. Ed Besl came and introduced himself and thanked me for the visit. When I decided to get the lease, Jason was there to assist to make the process easy. Nick Markoff came and introduced himself and thanked my husband and myself for being a customer. The entire experience was very professional. I felt they wanted to make sure I got the car that I wanted. More

Business manager was very professional in explaining details and taking care of necessary paperwork quickly. He managed to limit the legalese and thus sped up the entire process. All questions were answered in plain English. This is the second purchase I have made at this dealership. The service department handled all maintenance on first vehicle and both the service reps and mechanics were A+. It is easy to make convenient appointments and I received great service during all visits. They always made the ordeal of car maintenance easier. I had absolutely no hesitation in returning to this dealer for another new car purchase. They have an All-Star cast and have my highest recommendation. Ron S. More
