They could not find my car and the follow up went 4 days without a word so we went to BMW North and even though I called after hours on a weekday, I was to swing by the next day and they showed me a couple of cars that fit my need. After the salesman went thru the array of options for these cars, we settled on what we really needed and he was able to find a car on his lot that was exactly what we needed. I really felt that we were important customers even though we didn't purchase the most expensive car on the lot. More
