He has always addressed my needs and as a result I drive off happy. This time I got a Tiguan SEL RLine…. Oof! Sexy car! The signing part is fast and easy. I always get Ernie and he’s super nice. Knowledgable about the warranty. Explained the whole contract in detail and made sure I was satisfied. Overall the dealership is great. It’s obviously managed by people who care about the brand and in my opinion have ensured that that everyone from the porters to the service guys are well trained. My dad and I have been searching for a car for weeks and everywhere we called had little to no inventory in stock within our price range. We were immediately put in contact with Edgar who kept us in the loop with his current inventory, what had just sold and what was coming in soon. We could only stop in on Saturday and he made sure to have a few vehicles set aside for us (some that we were already looking into and some that he had recommended). We went in just to view but at the end of the day we purchased a new 2022 vw Taos and it was by far the best experience! Edgar made the process so easy as he was highly knowledgeable and patient with my dad and I (we asked hundreds of questions since this was my first ever time buying a car!!).
