Edgar took us on our test drive with the Taos and Tiguan, where we bought the latter. He was informative and took into account all our concerns, such as crafting a driving route (on the fly) to best test how where we bought the latter. John was the sales person who sold us the vehicle. I know that I wasn't the easiest customer that he ever had but he was patient and worked with me to get the deal done. We were there for hours and I was making him work for his money. I felt that by the end of the deal we both respected each other. Buying a car is always stressful, but I had a lot of fun with John. Luis helped us get further acclimated with the vehicle before we drove off with it. He made sure to educate us on all the Tiguan's features. He also answered any of our questions and helped us get the VW app set up, which would have been much more cumbersome without his help. Thanks everyone! More
