We research and had an idea of what we wanted and ended up moving up one level for a reasonable price from our original plan. The MSRP reduction and GM interest rate was as originally provided before arriving at the dealership. Providing this information up front was the reason we came to the dealership. No forced add ons like other dealers even though they try to get you to add the items but it is not forced. Just say no and no pressure here like we had at two other dealerships that said it was already installed. No bait and switch here. More
