THE Best Car Buying Experience EVER! My husband and I visited back in February to test-drive the new Honda Passport. We were specifically there to test-drive with the intentions of returning at a later time to purchase. Our salesman, Eddie Jarvis, rode along, giving us his card when we left. No pressure, no tricks, no games. Last Saturday, we returned as promised, asked for Eddie, went for another drive and afterwards, I told Eddie to see how fast we could get this done because I didn't want to sit around all day! He fulfilled my request along with Bobby Ford and the finance manager, Johnathan Zirbel, by wrapping things up in under two hours. This is our second experience with McKenney Salinas and both have been the best experiences in buying cars that we have had. From the comfort of the showroom, Eddie's down home demeanor, financing terms, and quick paper work, this is hands-down the best dealership that we have ever dealt with. Thank you! More

We were a little unprepared at the time, and Eddie was extremely patient with us as we had to drive all the way back to Charlotte to attain the proper paperwork needed to close the deal. I have purchased numerous Honda vehicles in the past 21 years from this dealership including a 2009 Accord EX coupe, a 2013 Honda Accord EX sedan, and on March 10th, a 2017 Honda Civic LX sedan. I have dealt with Bobby Ford, Sales Manager, and Eddie Jarvis for many years and trust both implicitly. In fact, I purchased two or three automobiles from Bobby before he was promoted to Sales Manager, and at that time he transferred me over to Eddie and I have seen no drop off in attention whatsoever. I have all my service performed at this dealership, and every time I go in for service I always visit with those two gentlemen. I have not patronized any other dealership in over ten years and now I own only Honda vehicles, having disposed of two luxury vehicles over the years and now I deal exclusively with this dealership. "Outstanding Experience!!! " Very pleasant experience in dealing with McKenney-Salinas Honda. After researching new car information and entering my data on the TrueCar website, Very pleasant experience in dealing with McKenney-Salinas Honda. After researching new car information and entering my data on the TrueCar website, I immediately received an "out the door" price quote from Tammy Boone (Internet Sales Coordinator). I also received welcome emails from two other dealers in the area but ultimately had to request written price quotes from them. The quote received from McKenney was much less than the other two dealers. I drove to the McKenney dealership and met up with Eddie Jarvis (Inside Sales) to conduct a test drive and get an offer for my trade-in. I had already conducted research on used car values with KBB, Edmunds and NADA prior to going to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised that the first offer given to me surpassed all of the researched values. I would have say that price had something to do with my decision to go to McKenney. However, receiving the OTD price quote without having to ask was the biggest driver for me going to McKenney. Working with Tammy (internet sales) and Eddie (inside sales) was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. The whole experience was handled professionally and hassle free. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle. More

I've had to take a car back more than once for work that was not done properly the first time- wasting both my time and theirs. Generally, the attitude of the customer service reps seem to be not the greatest either. More
