We would leave text messages and voicemails trying to reach different individuals, and they would fail to get back to us in a timely manner. They would say they'd get back to us by a specific time, however, they failed to do so. That the dealer did a good job polishing up the car before I drove it off the lot and were satisfied with the repairs. More
