I had done my homework over the last 3 months, and had dealt with several Sale I purchased a New/Used SUV from Chevrolet of Naperville very recently. I had done my homework over the last 3 months, and had dealt with several Sales people at various dealerships (not all chevy) and at the last search I came upon Chevrolet of Naperville. They had the EXACT vehicle I was looking for with all the options I wanted. I had an difficult situation, but after dealing with Rob Lee (used car sales manager), Eddie Dones (salesman) and Omar Ramos (Business Manager) I must say they treated me with respect, understanding of my situation and got me the best deal. They were extremely professional with great customer service. I'm big on Customer Service and by RETURNING my phone calls, keeping in touch every step of the way made all the difference. The vehicle was priced competitively, they provided a good value for my trade-in. The enclosed test-drive track was great! I loved being able to drive the car with the peace of mind of a traffic-free road way! I felt like this provided a great opportunity to really get a feel for the vehicle. All paperwork was explained to me each step of the way and was completed quickly and then I was out the door with the keys to my new car. My salesman followed up with both an email and a phone call a few days after the purchase. I am very pleased with the service I received at Chevrolet of Naperville.
