Great Service After reading some not to desirable reviews on line, I was not looking forward to going to this dealership. I called another Nissan dealership and got the runaround. The internet pricing at M' lady Nissan was the lowest, even lower than Trucar,com. I called and talked to Brett who is the internet sales manager. He answered all my questions and called me back with the questions he could not answer. When I arrived at the dealership I was met and talked to Eddie Colville who was working a long day on Black Friday. This gentleman was very knowledgeable and up front on selling me a Frontier. At no point was I pressured into buying this vehicle. He got me every incentive that he could help me with. I also dealt with Phillip Hellstrom who worked with me on protection packages for my new vehicle. When I got to financing I met Abe who not only worked with us but had the time to relate to us as people instead of rushing us through after a very long day.my entire experience was rated as a ten because these people did not think of us as a sale but as customers who were buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More

Eddie is great to work with because of his product knowledge of each car he demonstrates and also his ability to structure deals that are very fair and affordable. He will make sure that you are very happy with the car you purchase or lease and he works hard with great customer service and follow-up to keep the promises he makes with you. Bryan Murphy in Finance is also great to work with. He really knows what he is doing to help you find the right finance arrangement and he also has a good sense of humor. The service department at M'Lady is also very good and I trust them with any routine maintenance or work that needs to be done. Sal Visconti and Brandon Mason go the extra mile with a very friendly and professional way to make sure work is done right and on time. They are definitely an asset to M'Lady and so are the other folks in the service department. They all seem to really like their jobs and are happy to help customers. I highly recommend Eddie and M'Lady Nissan if you are considering buying or leasing a car. More

Repeat Customers Car buying, haggling, hasn't changed in 50 years. With internet access to car prices, this gives the consumer a heads up. We used the TRUE CAR app a Car buying, haggling, hasn't changed in 50 years. With internet access to car prices, this gives the consumer a heads up. We used the TRUE CAR app and it worked to our advantage, beating out M'Lady's Internet pricing. Know up front that a $299.00 vehicle window etching add on is mandatory on all vehicles. My research showed this feature has no credibility, no insurance benefits and is just a money maker for the dealer. The kit is available online for less than $20. As mentioned, we utilized the TRUE CAR app and in the end scored an excellent better than average deal. We worked with Eddie Colville, and he could come across as a little rough around the edges but this didn't intimidate us at all. We are there to buy a car, not look for a dining buddy. The car we were looking at was sold by the time we came back, but Eddie walked the lot looking at new arrivals - finding us an exact match. We also worked a little but with Scott M'Lady. He was helpful as well in finding the right car for us. With the exception of the etching fee, we feel our experience was ok. We walked out with a great vehicle. More
