After a bad experience buying a used car at BMW of Sarasota, we went into the dealership not anticipating buying from them. When we walked in we met Eddie Cintron who was just amazing. He walked us through the process and never pressured us into getting something that we didn't want. I would recommend him highly. Our other surprise was Nicole Fiore, the BMW Genius who walked us through the features of our new car. So often these are young people who fast talk you through the process but Nicole took her time and made sure we understood the settings. The Business Manager, Tammy Saylor, was also great. When we turned down some of the addons, there was never a push to change our minds. All in all, a great experience. More
