Inspection I was a good experience from beginning to end. I was greeted right away and didn't have to wait too long before they were done. HUGE!! DIS APPOINTMENT It all started with the fact that it took 3 weeks to get scheduled for a warranty A.C. repair in the heat of summer. Once we finally got in we were ca It all started with the fact that it took 3 weeks to get scheduled for a warranty A.C. repair in the heat of summer. Once we finally got in we were called by Eddie and told that the part had to be ordered and it would take 3 or 4 days to arrive. He said we were welcome to leave our vehicle or come and get it and wait for the part, since we don't have extra cars laying around and both work we had to go pick it up....THEN we get a call and are told the part has arrived miraculously overnight..of course had we known that we would have left the vehicle overnight..now we had to call and schedule service again and were told it would be two more weeks before we could get scheduled to bring our car back in...fast forward now its been 5 weeks since our initial call..we drop the car off the night before and then get a call late on the following day to be told our car will not be ready for pick up this day! Eventually the next day we get informed its finally done..Gee thanks..I must say that we have purchased 5 new KIA's--3 of them from South Hills KIA--but never again--the service was the worst I've ever experienced and I used to manage a fleet so I've had many dealer headaches.. More
