He was particularly helpful in reminding me about certain things which I must be very cognizant of during the break in period of the car as well as emergency procedures. ( I am referring specifically to his caveat regarding the towing of the car in the unlikely case that it should need to be towed. ) My son and I were also impressed by the fact that he gave us a little space and time when I was vacillating over the color of the car. His presentation was especially impressive when I noticed that he had a hospital band on his wrist. More
