From Sales, Service, to Parts one will not find a more professional organization who's goal is to maximize the customer experience. Sales: Ed Rucker, Chris Kelly, and Joe Tyler always provide the easiest car buying experience one could expect. If the car you desire is not on the lot, no worries...they will find it and provide the best bang for the buck. Transparency is key and no games on the numbers when it comes time to sign a deal. Service: The ENTIRE service team always ensures that your vehicle is taken care of with the upmost respect and repairs performed to manufacturer specs. Doug Wright and Co. are consistent and communicative...the best qualities one can expect for a service department. Parts: Jon, David, and Jackie are the best parts crew in the industry. Friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, these professionals always deliver on time with the best prices in the industry. I do not shop anywhere else for OEM replacement components. More

Exemplary Customer Service I love Annapolis Subaru that's why I just bought my 5th Subaru!!! All of the staff at Annapolis Subaru are AMAZING. Initially I continued to I love Annapolis Subaru that's why I just bought my 5th Subaru!!! All of the staff at Annapolis Subaru are AMAZING. Initially I continued to buy Subaru because the service department at Annapolis Subaru is the best! After driving a beautiful Legacy for the last 3 years I decided to go back to my all time favorite, the Outback. Chris Kelly , Ed Rucker and all the sales people in Annapolis are so helpful, never pushy and always willing to negotiate. They are absolutely the best sales people I have ever worked with. Subaru does tend to sell itself but the staff in Annapolis go ABOVE AND BEYOND. I could not resist a brand new 2016 Outback. Thank you Ed and Chris. You guys Rock! Thank you for making my car buying experience an absolute pleasure. And Billy, in finance, thank you too, for making the money easy to borrow! Everything went so smoothly! I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and found it to be an exceptionally easy process. I hadn't bought a car in over 13 years and w I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and found it to be an exceptionally easy process. I hadn't bought a car in over 13 years and wasn't sure how things had changed. My salesman made me very comfortable and we moved through the process with ease. A great use car - and even better service. I had been in search of a used car but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I did massive amount of research online at all the buying services and pic I had been in search of a used car but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I did massive amount of research online at all the buying services and picked these guys to sell me a car. Edward Rucker, our sales rep was awesome. It was a no pressure environment from the beginning. He offered to help us find exactly what we wanted, for the price range we had in mind. We got a great deal on a Hyundai Elantra with really low miles. The car was detailed and waxed for us at pickup. They handled the sales tax, plates and registration, thank god I didn't have to go to MVA. The sales manager, Mike Stoughton explained everything in detail and got us a great rate at a local Credit union. He navigated us through the credit process and MVA paperwork flawlessly. We were not even at the dealership but maybe 2 hours, on the two combined visits. We couldn't be happier I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
