Loyal, helpful, and knowledgeable I own three Nissan vehicles which I purchased at Nissan 24 in 2015, 2017, and 2018 from my go to sales person Ed McCarthy, he knows I am very particul I own three Nissan vehicles which I purchased at Nissan 24 in 2015, 2017, and 2018 from my go to sales person Ed McCarthy, he knows I am very particular and do not like to waste time. When it comes time for me to purchase a new car I find what I want online, call Ed, we work the numbers, and I come into the dealership to sign the paperwork. Ed not only supports me when it comes to sales he helps me with service. Just recently my niece's 2014 Nissan Versa lost its transmission, I reached out to Ed because we had to bring the car to a dealership for a diagnosis and I wanted to bring it to a place I knew would do their due diligence to make sure the car was checked out from soup to nuts. Ed set me up with Manny who has made the experience easy and stress free. He explained the process and has kept me up to date with any information he has received, from when the mechanic diagnosed the car to when the Nissan case manager looked at the diagnosis. My family is VERY important to me and knowing they are getting the best service is priceless to me. Manny has also been my service agent the last few times I have brought my vehicles in for service, he has made sure I am in and out of there quickly. Great experience buying a vehicle I went to Nissan 24 in search of a pick up truck. after debating with myself about new v.s. used and full size v.s. less than full size. I worked with Ed McCarthy to find out which vehicle best suited my interest and wallet. Ed explained the pros and cons of both and I decided on the 2019 Nissan Frontier with the pro 4x package. I have had it for a week and enjoy it very much. I didn't think I would have enough leg room with the smaller truck I proved myself wrong. After purchasing vehicles from multiple dealerships I found the staff at Nissan 24 the most easiest to deal with. Thanks to everyone at Nissan 24 for making me feel at ease during a stressful time.
