Initially, I inquired about a used X3 but learned it was already sold. But then a got a few emails and calls from the dealer so I checked back in. It turns out the SUV I wanted was now available! I was skeptic as I had not ever bought a car online. But Ed and Carlos walked me through the process and we closed the deal in a few hours, all online. Still skeptic on my travel to this dealership 2 states away, I got comfortable right upon arrival at Circle. 90 minutes later, I had a great new (used) BMW and was driving home. It all began with a phone call to Ed by my husband Sal. Ed thoroughly went over the car my husband and I were interested in. When we got to the dealership Circle BMW it was exactly what he said on the phone and I must admit even better the car was more beautiful in person. We then met another guy on his team named Carlos he was truly amazing, from the test drive to going over all the technology in the vehicle. Carlos also offered to help at any time if we had any questions about the technology or anything that we need moving forward.
