Ed "K" is the best. He made my first car buying experience what I thought was impossible: painless and enjoyable. I walked out of another dealership in the midst of a deal because the customer service was horrible, the salesman was pushy (including telling me to give him all fives on this web site and telling me how disappointed he was I hadn't done it yet, even though the transaction wasn't complete), and just the overall lack of warmth and care in the place. Ed and the staff at Toyota of Louisville were the complete opposite. From the moment I set foot in the parking lot, I could tell the staff cared about me and not just another sale. Everyone was warm and friendly. And Ed is the complete opposite of what car salesmen are supposed to be. He's nice, friendly, funny and immediately put me at ease. He's a genuinely good guy and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I will tell everyone to go to Toyota of Louisville and work with Ed when in the market for a car. More
