Great car salesman...Ed Dumont as well as great finacial assistance. They had just the vehicle we were looking for!!! We were not expecting to purchase/drive this new purchase home that very same afternoon assistance. They had just the vehicle we were looking for!!! Castrucci Chevrolet is the best dealership that i have ever dealt with. This is the second time that I have purchsed a new car from this dealership. I went to another Chevy dealer in the area because they ever dealt with. This is the second time that I have purchsed a new car from this dealership. I went to another Chevy dealer in the area because they sent me a letter offering great deals, what a mistake and run around.I then went to Castrucci where I was greeted by Ed the Salesman, he is awesome. There are no games being played at Casrucci, they are there to take care of you and sell you a car at agreat price. Ed took my offer to Rich, the sales manager, he came back with a deal and no games. This all took a total of about 20 minutes. The other dealer I went to took over 3 1/2 hours and I still had no firm deal done, on a feeling that I was being played with. At Castrucci, when the deal was done, Rick the Finance Manager came and took care of me and I was driving away in a new car in less than 1 1/2 hours. What a great experience. I will not be lured away again. This was my experience both times that I purchase from Castrucci! On a side note, I had all service on my previous vehicle done at Castrucci Service, it was the same great experience. More

I called the dealership on May 29th at 5:40pm after hours and Mr Dumont answered the phone anyway. I told him what I wanted and he walked the lot telling me about each vehicle until he found the one I wanted and Mr Dumont answered the phone anyway. He was standing outside waiting for me with the vehicle setting in front of the show room. We went inside to the coffee machine and ask if there was anything I wanted, then we went to his desk. We worked out a deal that my wife and I were very satisfied with and we drove the car home. I had been to 3 Chevrolet, 2 GMC, 2 Cadillac, and 1 Honda dealerships before meeting Mr. Dumont at Castrucci Chevrolet. We are very satisfied with our purchase and we are very happy to stay in the General Motors family.
