Thank You Ed Dryer I had problems with my steering and had to get my car towed in. To my surprise, I was assured not to worry and it would be taken care of. In the past, I had problems with my steering and had to get my car towed in. To my surprise, I was assured not to worry and it would be taken care of. In the past, I have always worked with Kathy- what a delight she is. But now that she has moved into her position, I could not have been greeted by a better person. Working in customer service for more than 30 years, it's rare to find "Good Customer Service". Ed Dryer is so genuine that he makes it personal. Please past along my sincere Thank You for a Job Well Done. Because of this experience- I will be purchasing 2 cars for both my kids in the next 2 weeks or so and will continue to pass along this establishment to all that wants to by a car. More

They are very friendly here, its a nice atmosphere here, its absolutely perfect! Every time we come theres always someone who helps us. There's a place for kids and adults. I came in on Saturday afternoon with the rear hatch unable to close. The service advisor was able to take my car in for emergency service, provide me with a loaner and get me out the door in under 30 unable to close. The car was ready when promised and in perfect working order. This was truly outstanding customer service in a time of need. More

The level of service found at this dealership is unprecedented amongst any dealership I have ever done business with. A++ in my book. At first glance it appeared as a typical dealership, one of which I'd always steered clear of, in fear of over-paying. When my relationship began I was a proud first- time owner of a 2009 Acura Tl. The vehi of which I'd always steered clear of, in fear of over-paying. When my relationship began I was a proud first- time owner of a 2009 Acura Tl. The vehicle had been purchased at a small scaled dealership, one that I thought I could trust. I had reservations about this car so I located McGrath on the internet and asked for a thorough inspection. They found minor maintenance issues like air filters and brakes. I later called up Ed Dreyer again to inspect a reserved concern in the car's ride. For two days they carefully poked and proded the vehicle and found nothing that would warrant an expense. At least not one that was worth a customer's distrust. This how the trust became a factor, Ed Dreyer: patient, caring, always greeting me and my fiance' with his unforgettable smile. Each time I go to the dealership Ed or Chris O'Connor are the first two people I look for and expect to see. Now with Chris: very attentive, noticed me one day when we were browsing the showroom, he stopped his conversation with his boss, introduce d himself and asked about our wants and needs. These are the things you want and expect when your about to spend a lot of money. He gave me something to think about. I returned five months later. I purchased two vehicles in two consecutive days because the vehicle that I have today is the vehicle that I got the best bang for my bucks; Thank you Nick Kabro. Now tell me this how many dealerships will put everything aside to achieve customer satisfaction at this level? I haven' t had the pleasure until now. I will be a very happy loyal customer to McGrath Acura for a very long time. More
