Unbeleivable Service and Fantastic People! I recently went to Quality Subaru to trade in my old leased subaru from another dealership. This was my 3rd lease and this was by far the best service I recently went to Quality Subaru to trade in my old leased subaru from another dealership. This was my 3rd lease and this was by far the best service and staff I had ever dealt with at any dealership at anytime in my life. Ralph was outstanding with his help with selecting my new Subaru. he was patient, kind and courtious and my wife and I appreciated his knowledge. He even call ed me back a week later just to see how we were doing. I also was working with Ed on lease portion of the lease. Ed made the process very easy and thoroughly explained my lease in detail and my options for maintenance and post lease. He was very kind and easy to work with. No pressure and no gimmicks or surprises...this really was the easiest and the best car purchase experience we've ever had. Very friendly, responsive, and accessible staff. I would only suggest that the online inventory be updated more frequently to accurately reflect available (i.e.-not already sold) stock for sale, but this may be due to high demand and quick turnover. More
