The service was due to a defect, already acknowledged by
Ford itself, representative denied such defect, never communicated, fail to deliver next day (I call front desk to ask because he never did) and ende

I described the problems I was having and had found two well know issues for each of them. They completely ignored them and said that it was a sensor

It didn't address either issue at all and we completely wasted $1500 and are still dealing with a vehicle that feels unsafe for my wife and son to drive in.
