My experience regarding the servicing of my vehicles needs and updates status was stellar. Easton was a huge advocate for expediting my vehicles service needs and didn't hesitate to call if there was a needs and updates status was stellar. Easton was a huge advocate for expediting my vehicles service needs and didn't hesitate to call if there was a change. I felt very well informed. Also the rental car option was a huge bonus. The only part of my experience that was not ideal was the transparency around the service being performed for one of my vehicles service needs. Originally, I was told the service being done was to replace a part, but it was just for the labor of cleaning and reinstalling. Then when the part needed to be replace due to a crack, it was an unexpected additional expense (+$200). Possibly the communication through the chain could have clearer to set my expectation from the beginning. Thanks for all your help with my service! I'd definitely come back to Bradshaw for future service needs, and future vehicle purchases. More
