Dzevad and Heather were easy to work with, and my wife is happy with the vehicle. The buying experience was frustrating though. After agreeing on a price quickly, I spent another 3.5-4hrs waiting to complete happy with the vehicle. The buying experience was frustrating though. After agreeing on a price quickly, I spent another 3.5-4hrs waiting to complete paperwork while watching others come and go in new cars. After sharing my experience, Todd followed up, took accountability for the wait, and made things right for the time I spent waiting. I appreciated the effort and believe they’ll address it going forward. Based on my experience - I’d highly recommend them if buying/leasing a new vehicle, I’d think 2x about buying a preowned if you value your time. More
